Coaching and Feedback Skills

Coaching is a skill used to encourage the other person to think through a problem or situation. Giving feedback is about providing information after a specific situation and is designed to help the person develop and improve. These can be completed as an individual or with a group of peers and can be shared with your practice supervisor, practice assessor or appropriate university representative to demonstrate your ongoing learning and reflection.
